I am power of my attorney for my Grandmom and do not live in the Kunkletown area. My Grandmom had to move into an assisted living facility, so we decided to sell her house and property in Kunkletown. Jessica was fantastic in both helping me prepare the house for sale and then actually selling the house. She always had a fantastic reference for a contractor when needed and her knowledge of the area was invaluable. It took quite some time to clean out the house and prepare it for listing, but she was patient and supportive. When we did finally list the house, it sold within two weeks. If I could give 20 stars to Jessica, I would, but unfortunately only 5 are available :) Not only is she your agent, she is also your mentor, guidance and most importantly she gives you 100% honest answers on everything, whether its good news or bad news, she lays it out front, then you make the choice. She tells you what the next step is, she contacts everyone to make sure you are always covered in all aspects, construction, legal, etc. I dont know how she finds the time to deal with all the things she dealt with during our shopping. And the best part is, WE Closed on time, 1 month!!! She got us the lender, contractor, real eatate agency, inspector, she has everything you need. I did not not know such agent existed. We can't say enough good things about Jess, she really made the whole process as easy as humanly possible for us... including helping us to deal with a seller that was a bit on the difficult side and get us into the house we fell in love with on first sight. Jess wasn't just friendly, personable, accommodating and knowledgeable but also *exactly* the right level of aggressive. She first contacted us when we began window shopping over a year ago and kept up contact with us until we were ready to shop seriously. At NO point did she come across as being pushy or anything but 100% "on our team." Not only was she incredible, but even her recommendations for things like the home inspector proved to be top notch as well. I won't get into details about our frustrations with the seller, but when we were ready to walk away Jess had our back... as she did when they came back, when they were unresponsive about issues arising from the inspection, when they dragged on the paperwork, and even when they tried to move closing up a week at the last second. You literally couldn't do better than to bring your business to Jess. I'm not usually one for making recommendations (or leaving reviews) but I've already told a friend who is looking to move up into the area next year to let me know when he's ready so I can send him Jess's way.
